To confirm a booking a deposit of $200 in low season $300 in mid season and $400 in high season is required within 7 days. In the event of a Guest desiring to cancel the booking, a refund of the deposit, less an administrative fee of $50, will only be made if more than 28 days notice is given.

Balance of account is payable on arrival and is not subject to a refund
